Shipping policy

Since no order will be the same, the amount of time it will take to ship your order will vary. Most orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days, excluding holidays. If I run into any delays with your order, I will reach out to you via email.

I will do my best to verify all shipping addresses via USPS before the order is shipped. If they are unable to verify, I will reach out to you via email to confirm the shipping address. If I do not hear back within 72 hours I will cancel your order and refund you. I would much rather cancel the order instead of risking your order being lost in the mail.

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and shipping address. All orders will be shipped out via USPS.

You will receive an email once your order has been shipped with tracking information.

If you do not receive your order and USPS has confirmed it's been delivered. Please email us that same day and we will open a claim with USPS. Unfortunately, once your order is shipped it is out of my hands and USPS will need to be contacted for additional support.
